Can you believe it’s already that time of year again? School supplies have hit the shelves in local stores, and just in time for the Town of Palm Beach United Way’s annual BOXED FOR SUCCESS school supply drive organized by Youth United (a group of local high school students working to further the mission of the Town of Palm Beach United Way).

The Drive runs from July 1st to August 10th, drop-off locations include:

Town of Palm Beach Fire Rescue

300 North County (North)

355 South County (Central)

2185 South Ocean (South)

This year’s school supply recipients are three Title I schools: Belvedere Elementary, Greenacres Elementary, and Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune Elementary. Check out a complete list of needed supplies and drop off locations on our website.

The Boxed for Success, as tradition, will be judging for most creative, best theme, most color, and best overall; with prizes for the winners. Printable Boxed for Success flyer here.


  1. Decorate your shoebox
  2. Stuff your shoebox with supplies
  3. Add your contact information inside the box (so we can thank you)
  4. Bring filled and decorated shoeboxes to one of the drop-off locations.
