Week 86 of Action: Toy Drive

by PBUnitedWay

TIS THE SEASON FOR COLLECTING TOYS NOVEMBER 14 – DECEMBER 6

The holiday season is a very special time and the Town of Palm Beach United Way is proud to once again partner with the Palm Beach Daily News, Palm Beach Fire Rescue, and UBS Financial to collect toys for families who have difficulty making ends meet. Many families in Palm Beach County struggle to buy food, medicine, and pay the rent – often with little or no money left over to buy holiday gifts for their children.

This year’s donations will benefit the children of the Achievement Centers for Children and Families, Catholic Charities, and the Milagro Center.

Last year, our community contributed hundreds of toys, along with checks and gift cards totaling more than $15,000. Let’s do it again. Please consider contributing a new unwrapped toy to the drive. Toys can be dropped off at these locations:

Town of Palm Beach United Way                             Palm Beach Daily News
44 Cocoanut Row, Suite M201                                  400 Royal Palm Way, Suite 10

Palm Beach Fire Rescue North Station                  Palm Beach Fire Rescue Central Station
300 North County Road                                              355 South County Road

Palm Beach Fire Rescue South Station                  UBS Financial
2185 South Ocean Boulevard                                     440 Royal Palm Way, Suite 300

Don’t feel like shopping? Checks can be made out to the Town of Palm Beach United Way (toy drive in the memo) and mailed to 44 Cocoanut Row, M201, Palm Beach, FL 33480.

And as always, thank you for LIVING UNITED and helping OUR COMMUNITY.
